A refund of the full cost of goods purchased or events booked will be granted less an administration fee of $50 provided the goods are returned in the same condition as received within 7 days of receipt. Refunds for event cancellations will be granted, less administration fee providing written notification is received at least 7 days prior to the event. There are no refunds for membership subscriptions.
